Dr. Sharon Ufberg is the lead consultant for GoodAdviceWorks, the company she created in 2011 to inspire and directly assist others to successfully achieve their goals and turn heartfelt dreams into reality. She is a monthly columnist for IntegrativePractitioner.com, the health and wellness editor for Napa Valley Life Magazine and currently posts articles, interviews and commentary for Huffington Post, WomenEnews, Womens Media Center  and many more. Dr Ufberg has been featured in all media forums including Fox TV News, 51%, Martha Stewart and WBAI radio and We Heal New York magazine.

Dr. Ufberg is a seasoned international leader and activist in the areas of women’s health and safety, economic self sufficiency, domestic violence and human trafficking. She is a delegate to the United Nation’s Commission on the Status of Women conference and is the past chairperson of Project Kesher, the largest nongovernmental women’s organization of the former Soviet Union.

As a senior health practitioner, Dr. Ufberg spent over 30 years in private practice specializing in hands-on chiropractic care, breathe work, guided imagery and exercise rehabilitation. She continues to be an Adjunct Professor at Beth Israel Medical Center's Continuum Center for Health and Healing in New York City. She has worked extensively in the collaborative interdisciplinary health care model helping people to achieve wellness from the inside out.
